Industry veteran with over 3 decades of experience in the electric utility sector ranging from Integrated Resource Planning, program design and implementation, renewable energy project development, policy analysis and development, and distributed energy resource management. Leads business development, customer and equipment vendor resource acquisitions and aggregation, and technical and financial oversight to strategic projects.

Experienced corporate general counsel with more than two decades experience in a wide range of technology domains, including energy, semiconductors, and telecommunications. Heads the legal function at Olivine across all sectors of the company.
