RECRUITMENT FRAUD WARNING!

If you have applied or responded to any Olivine Job from a site other than the links sourced on this one, you may have been scammed.

Recruitment fraud or job scams appear in a number of forms. A scammer will pose as a legitimate company for the purpose of fraudulently obtaining money or personal information from individuals. This fraud is normally carried out online and could utilize some combination of the following: false websites, fake emails, fake virtual interviews, misappropriating a profile of a company recruiter, etc. These scams have recently become very sophisticated and convincing. Olivine is aware of individuals attempting to perpetrate scams by falsely representing themselves as Olivine recruiters or offering nonexistent Olivine jobs. Olivine does not require its job candidates to pay fees to apply for jobs. Olivine will never ask for financial information of any kind during the job application process. Olivine will also never ask for personal identifiers during the interview process, such as passport number, bank account number, or social security number.

Any emails from Olivine recruiters or employees will come from an @olivineinc.com email address. Any email that does not come from that domain name is likely to indicate a scam. Olivine does not extend unsolicited employment offers or use cold calls to seek job candidates. Our recruitment process takes place by phone, via Microsoft Teams, or in person. During the interview process, we will require one or more interviews be conducted either face-to-face or virtually with employees of the company. We do not conduct our interviews via a chat platform or conduct text-based interviews. Any offer of employment that is unsolicited and/or does not involve the interview process described above is likely to be fraudulent. We urge everyone to exercise caution. If something feels off about your interactions, we encourage you to suspend or cease communications. If you are unsure of the legitimacy of a communication you have received, please contact us here.

If you believe you were a victim of such a scam, you may contact your local authorities. You also have the option to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Olivine is not responsible for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from scammers.
